Mass Observation Online: British Social History, 1937-1972
Diaries and personal writings, published studies and questionnaires, photographs, and file reports, manuscript and typescript papers on everyday lives of ordinary people in Britain. Thematic studies, including surveys, ephemera, accounts, and observations were collected by investigators and personal accounts were submitted by volunteers of the social research organization, Mass Observation.
