An encyclopedia of British Columbia, KnowBC contains articles on BC people, places and things. Also includes many historic and colour photographs, statistics, maps, tables, charts and diagrams. Includes access to several reference works published by Harbour Publishing related the Pacific Northwest, such as Marine Life of the Pacific Northwest, Encyclopedia of Raincoast Place Names, Tofino and Clayoquot Sound: A History, and nature field guides for the area.
