May use reasonable amounts of the Licensed Materials to fulfill occasional requests from other, academic institutions, a practice commonly called Inter-Library Loan (ILL). Book requests may include compiled electronic versions of the products sent in their entirety either as a single, compiled PDF created from the chapter PDFs that comprise the work or as a whole eBook file made available through the SAGE Knowledge eBook platform. The electronic form of the Product may be used as a source for ILL. Secure electronic transmission as used by Ariel or Prospero or another approved technology to fulfill ILL requests shall be permitted and fulfillment of Loan some DocR service requests shall be permitted. Customer and the Institutions shall include copyright notices on all ILL transmissions. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in no event shall any non-secure electronic transmission of files be permitted.
